A little about government tenders in Ukraine

In order to avoid of abuse in the market of gov tenders, to creation of competitive environment and to preclude corruption, the national administration has introduced legislative mechanisms of regulation of state tendering process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government tenders have changed a few times. The existing law of government tenders contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of public funds.
